Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory PTE. LTD. is seeking a Centre Manager to lead operations across Novena, Bukit Panjang, and Tampines. You will handle daily admin, enrolment intake, and CRM updates to ensure smooth delivery of coding programs to students in local and international schools.

Salary ranges from SGD 3,500 to SGD 4,000 per month, with work hours 9am-6pm on Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat; off days Wed-Thu. Be part of a fast-growing ed-tech startup and contribute from day one with the founding team.

Responsibilities

• Be a key player in onboarding new parents
• Share the vision and recommend suitable coding programs
• Support customer success initiatives like programmes or events
• Maintain customer relationships and build a strong community
• Plan lead generation events with partners
• Work with teaching team to assess students and follow up with parents for conversion
• Handle general administrative duties (onboarding emails, data entry)
• Ensure CRM records are up to date
• Act as a relationship manager for the community and track student progress

This role will expose you to daily operations of managing an ed-tech start-up and facilitate the smooth delivery of our coding programs to students in local and international schools.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Be a key player in the customer acquisition team to onboard new parents
• Share the vision and recommend suitable coding programs for students
• Support customer success initiatives like special programmes or competitions, or community events like fireside chats for customer engagement
• Maintain customer relationships and build a strong community. Act as parents' advocate and manage relationships with them
• Plan lead generation events with key partners like Parent Sharings, trial classes and make sure payment for classes are received
• Work with the teaching team to assess the students and follow up with parents for conversion
• Responsible for handling general administrative duties, e.g. sending out onboarding emails, data entry, sorting out data and research
• Ensure that all customer information is properly documented and updated in our CRM system
• Relationship manager for our community, continue to track the progress of students and maintain relationships with parents
