Job summary

PeopleSolve Pte Ltd seeks qualified nurses to provide clinical assessment and emergency care in Singapore. You will conduct histories, physicals, and observations, assist with triage, and perform procedures within scope.

Role requires 2–5 years in emergency medicine, BCLS/AED certification, and the ability to work independently in hospital and non-hospital settings. Shifts are 12 hours, including weekends and holidays where needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Nursing and current practising certification.
• 2–5 years working experience in emergency medicine.
• BCLS and AED certification.

• Provide safe and effective patient care within scope of practice.
• Good clinical judgement, communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical assessment and management of patients.

About the Role

• Perform appropriate clinical procedures and interventions within the scope of practice.
• Recognise and respond promptly to deteriorating or critically ill patients.
• Monitor patients' conditions and escalation concerns appropriately.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and patient records.
• Participate in quality improvement, clinical audits and other departmental initiatives.
• For Senior Clinicians, provide guidance and support to junior clinicians and contribute to the development of clinical standards and workflows.

What We Are Looking For

• Recognised Diploma / Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Registered Nurse with the relevant practising certification.
• Have 2 to 5 years working experience in the emergency medicine department.
• BCLS and AED certification.
• Able to work independently in both hospital and non-hospital settings.
• Able to provide safe and effective patient care within scope of practice.
• Good clinical judgement, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and public holidays where required.
