Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd at Raffles Place is seeking an Insurance Operations Assistant to handle policy issuance, client data changes, and related processing tasks. Work hours are 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.

The role supports the Individual Life and Health Insurance service operations, aiming to deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality customer correspondences and service experiences. Prior insurance or financial sector exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in insurance or financial sector is required.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Manager in the Individual Life and Health Insurance Service operations on all transactional processing functions to meet operational SLA and productivity targets.
• Deliver one-stop consistent and delightful customer experiences for transactions in accordance with the company’s service standards and quality objectives.
• Responsible for ensuring that all correspondences provided to policyholders and advisers regarding their applications, are accurate, fast and with complete information.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned
• Prior experience from insurance/ financial sector required

This role consists of:

§Policy Issuance– Creating client under a common client system, creating contract cover applied for, creating life insureds coverage, billing first premium, ensuring compliance with regulations e.g. Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Insurance Act, LIA undertaking.

§Client Level Changese.g. change in personal particulars, contact details, returned mails.
