Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an Insurance Operations support individual to assist underwriting processes such as quotations, renewals, policy issuance and account administration.

You will handle premiums, commissions, tax bookings and policy documentation, coordinating with underwriters and teams to ensure smooth processing. Strong attention to detail and stakeholder communication are essential for this contract role.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience supporting underwriting or policy administration is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Support underwriting operations including quotations, renewals, policy issuance and account administration.
• Process insurance premiums, commissions, tax bookings and policy documentation accurately.
• Coordinate with underwriters and internal teams to ensure smooth policy processing and servicing.
• Handle policy amendments, endorsements and issuance of insurance certificates.
• Liaise with brokers, clients and internal stakeholders on policy-related enquiries.
• Maintain accurate records and monitor premium collections in line with guidelines.
• Assist with reporting, process improvements, system testing (UAT) and other operational duties.
