Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Claims Officer to review and assess local and overseas medical and non-medical claims within policy terms and authority limits.

You will coordinate with medical providers, policyholders and stakeholders, approve pre-authorisations, handle failed bank transfers and CPF issues, and ensure clear communication of claims decisions while leveraging core systems and vendors’ platforms.

Qualifications

• Completion of Health Insurance Certificate, M5 & M9 is preferred.
• Min Diploma or Degree with 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
• Good Microsoft Office Skills.

• Handle follow-ups on claims with unsuccessful bank transfers and CPF failures, such as voiding claims, creating refund entry and reprocessing of claims.
• Assess claims using Group Insurance core systems, other business systems including vendors’ systems.
• Communicate claims decision clearly.
