Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a capable finance professional on a 6-month contract, deployed to our Novena office. You will prepare, consolidate and analyse management reports and support budgeting, forecasting and closing activities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years FP&A, management reporting, budgeting or financial analysis.
• Experience preparing financial reports and presenting insights to management.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for financial analysis.
• Experience with AI tools to enhance productivity is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, consolidate and analyze financial reports for management reporting purposes.

Salary: $4,000 - $4,500/month

Contract Duration: 6 Months

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare, consolidate and analyse financial reports for management reporting purposes.
• Support budgeting, financial planning and forecasting activities.
• Analyse financial data, identify trends and provide insights to support management decisions.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations to communicate financial performance, key figures and analysis to management.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and clearing activities.
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
• Support ongoing finance projects, operational improvements and process enhancement initiatives.
• Explore and utilise AI tools to improve reporting efficiency, productivity and finance workflows.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), management reporting, budgeting or financial analysis.
• Strong experience in preparing financial reports, analysing figures and presenting financial insights to management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, particularly in preparing financial analysis and management presentation slides.
• Experience using Agentic AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline work processes is advantageous.
• Knowledge of balance sheet reconciliations and financial closing processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proactive, adaptable and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
