Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented specialist to join our insurance operations team in Singapore. You will manage treaty reinsurance technical accounting and claims portfolios, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Responsibilities include processing quarterly SOAs, reserves, cash calls, and portfolio adjustments, and maintaining complete documentation. Candidates typically have 1–2 years in technical accounting and insurance operations and are prepared for monthly close cycles.

• 1–2 years of experience in technical accounting and insurance operations.

• Manage treaty reinsurance technical accounting and claims portfolios.
• Process and review quarterly statements of accounts (SOAs), including account completion, reserves, sliding-scale and profit commissions, portfolio adjustments and cash calls.
• Follow up with cedants and brokers on outstanding SOAs, premium adjustments, bulk reserves and unreleased cash calls.
• Support the team in meeting monthly closing deadlines while ensuring accurate data entry and timely processing of transactions.
• Maintain complete and organised SOA and claims documentation.
• Assist with any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in Technical Accounting and Insurance operations
