Job summary

FIRST is a leading global brand experience agency delivering Content, Creative, Digital Technology, Management & Delivery, and Data & Insights services. The 3D Designer will craft innovative scenic and production designs for conferences, exhibitions, and digital campaigns, collaborating across regions and time zones.

Working with the Creative Studio Director and Senior Designers, you will develop concepts, produce technical drawings and 3D models, and ensure designs meet brand guidelines while

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of 3D design experience, preferably at a leading experiential agency.
• Advanced knowledge in SketchUp and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Advanced knowledge in stage and environmental design.
• Event and scenic design drafting (floor plans).
• Experience in D5 or Enscape preferred.
• Knowledge of Vectorworks, Rhino, Cinema 4D and Unreal Engine.

Responsibilities

• Support and own a variety of 3D, Scenic and Production Design Projects.
• Collaborate with Creative Studio Director and Senior Designer on project requirements.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and design concepts.
• Design original and compelling scenic designs.
• Develop floorplans, technical drawings, and 3D models from concept to finish.
• Create main stage presentation spaces from the ground up.
• Produce shop drawings ensuring brand guidelines are met.
• Maintain organized files and documentation for all projects.
• Assist the 3D team by taking ownership of existing projects.
