Job summary

Zeno Exhibition is seeking a skilled 3D Designer to lead and collaborate on high-profile spatial projects, including exhibitions and large-scale events.

You will translate client briefs into compelling 3D concepts, oversee production quality, and work with project managers, graphic designers, and technical teams from concept to delivery.

Roles range from junior to senior; a strong event/exhibition portfolio is preferred. This on-site position is based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience for junior or 4–5 years for senior, with a strong portfolio of events, exhibitions, and branded environments.
• Diploma, Degree, or proven experience in Exhibition design (Preferred) / Interior design / Architecture / Spatial design
• Well versed in 3D modelling and rendering programs: 3DS Max (preferred), Sketchup (preferred), Vray, Corona.
• Well versed in 2D layout and design programs: Adobe Creative Suite (required), AutoCAD, or other similar programs.
• Strong design, CAD, and drawing skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills to communicate your design
• Ability to construct quick hand sketches with good creative flair is an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and development of 3D designs for high-profile and complex spatial projects including exhibitions, large-scale events, installations, and brand experiences.
• Translate client objectives and briefs into compelling 3D design concepts that meet brand, spatial, and technical needs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with project managers, producers, graphic designers, and technical teams to ensure creative alignment and smooth execution.
• Attend client meetings, pitches, and presentations to communicate concepts clearly and confidently.
• Oversee design quality from concept to production, ensuring feasibility, budget adherence, and timely delivery.
• Contribute to strategic and creative discussions, bringing new ideas, best practices, and design innovation to the table.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, materials, and technologies in experiential, spatial, and exhibition design.
• Able to lead junior designers in the conceptualization phase (for senior level).

This will be an expansion role to support our business needs, and we are currently open to hiring either junior or senior roles.

We are looking for 3D Designers who are both imaginative and meticulous - someone who thrives on leading and participating in large-scale, high-impact projects while collaborating with other designers to elevate the overall quality of our creative output.
