Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a creative Event & Exhibition Designer to design and deliver concepts from ideation through production.

Experience in retail environment design is a plus as you transform client briefs into compelling spaces, events, and product showcases. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Events & Exhibition Design, Interior Design or related field.
• At least 3 years relevant experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Max, Vray, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead large-scale projects with minimal supervision.
• Strong space planning and Creative flair.
• Experience in retail environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Present ideas confidently to clients and stakeholders, using both verbal presentations and visual drawings.
• Deliver projects on time and in line with creative briefs.
• Turn client briefs into compelling creative directions for retail spaces, events, and product showcases.
• Create detailed visualizations, 2D/3D renderings, mockups, and final artwork for both digital and print use.
• Draw on visual merchandising and spatial design knowledge to develop impactful in-store experiences.
• Work closely with production, digital, marketing, and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Keep up with design and retail trends, and proactively bring fresh, relevant ideas into your work.
• Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with production and fabrication teams to preserve design integrity during execution.
• Manage multiple projects at once, maintain high-quality outcomes, and ensure brand consistency across all deliverables

Role Overview

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma (Events & Exhibition Design, Interior Design or related fields)
• Preferably with 3 years relevant working experience.
• Proficiency in Design Software (AutoCAD, 3D Max, Vray, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Has the Creative flair with an eye for details and understanding of space planning.
• Excellent communication skills and presentation skills.
• Able to lead big scale projects with minimum supervision.
• Ability to lead the Creative Team in fulfilling design job requirements timely with creative ideas and innovations.
• Clear in communicating design ideas with accurate specifications.
