Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a 3D Designer to create concepts for events, exhibitions, and retail spaces at our Potong Pasir location.

The role involves turning briefs into innovative designs, presenting concepts to clients, and delivering production-ready artwork for both digital and print applications. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, maintain brand alignment, and stay ahead of evolving retail design trends.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Events & Exhibition Design or related field is required.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in event, exhibition, retail, or experiential design.
• Good understanding of spatial planning, visual merchandising, materials, fabrication methods, and production processes.
• Proficiency in Design Software such as AutoCAD, 3D Max, Vray, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Excellent communication skills and presentation abilities.
• Able to lead large-scale projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver creative concepts for events, exhibitions, and retail spaces from ideation to final production.
• Present design concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders through visuals, sketches, and technical drawings.
• Ensure all deliverables align with timelines, client requirements, and briefs.
• Translate client briefs into innovative designs for retail environments and experiential displays.
• Create detailed layouts, 2D/3D renderings, mockups, and artwork for digital and print.

Working Location: Potong Pasir

Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)

Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver creative concepts and designs for events, exhibitions, and retail spaces, overseeing the process from initial ideation through to final production.
• Present design concepts clearly and confidently, communicating ideas effectively to clients and key stakeholders through visual presentations, sketches, and technical drawings.
• Ensure all creative deliverables align with project timelines, client requirements, and established creative briefs.
• Interpret client requirements and transform briefs into innovative design concepts for retail environments, experiential events, and product displays.
• Create detailed design layouts, 2D and 3D renderings, visual mockups, and final artwork for both digital and print applications.
• Utilize expertise in visual merchandising, space planning, and retail design to develop engaging and effective in-store experiences.
• Coordinate closely with internal departments, including production, digital, marketing, and installation teams, to facilitate smooth project execution and delivery.
• Stay updated of emerging design styles, retail developments, and industry trends, incorporating fresh and relevant creative ideas into projects.
• Prepare production-ready and print-ready files, working with fabrication and production partners to ensure designs are accurately executed according to specifications.
• Manage multiple assignments concurrently, maintain high creative standards, meet deadlines, and ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all project deliverables.
