Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a creative 3D Designer to develop event, exhibition and retail environment concepts from brief through production and installation. The role is based in Macpherson with standard Monday–Friday hours and a permanent contract.

You will translate briefs into visual concepts, produce 2D/3D renderings and final artwork, and present ideas to clients. Strong CAD/3D skills and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Events & Exhibition Design or related discipline.
• Preferably 3 years of relevant design experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Max, V-Ray, Illustrator and Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Develop event, exhibition and retail environment designs from concept to production.
• Translate client briefs into creative concepts and visual directions.
• Produce 2D/3D renderings, mock-ups and final artwork for digital and print.
• Present design ideas clearly to clients and stakeholders.
• Apply visual merchandising and spatial design principles.
• Coordinate with production, digital, marketing and installation teams.
• Prepare print-ready artwork and liaise with fabrication teams.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining brand consistency.

• Position: 3D Designer – Events, Exhibition & Retail

• Location: Macpherson

• Working Days: Monday to Friday

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 9.00AM to 6.00PM

• Salary: Salary: Up to $4,000 + Performance Bonus

• Benefits: 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits
