in Singapore is seeking a designer with 3+ years of experience to conceptualise and deliver graphic and 3D design layouts, including perspective views and technical drawings, and to meet with clients with the sales team to understand requirements. You will coordinate with production and carpentry teams, inspect colour proofs on the floor, present design concepts, support marketing visuals for the website and social media, and contribute creative ideas in team

Qualifications

• Min. 3 years of relevant design experience.
• Proficient with 3D Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD and Adobe CC for graphics.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and provide graphic/3D design layouts including perspective views, elevated plans, technical and line drawings.
• Meet with clients with assigned sales team to determine requirements.
• Conduct site recce for space measurements and photo taking for super-impose.
• Liaise with production supervisor and lead carpenter on technical drawing.
• Visit production floor to inspect colour proofs and production finishing.
• Attend and present design concepts to sales, tender briefing and internal presentations.
• Provide design support to marketing for website and social media visuals.
• Share best practices and innovative ideas during team meetings.
• Collaborate with printers, production team, suppliers and sub-contractors.

Description and Responsibilities

• Report to Lead Designer (Head of Department)
• To conceptualise and provide graphic/3D design layout such as perspective view, elevated plan, technical and line drawings
• Meet with existing and potential clients with assigned sales team members to determine requirements and needs
• Conduct site-recce to take measurement of space and photo-taking for super-impose
• Liaising with production supervisor and lead carpenter on technical drawing
• Visit production floor to inspect colour proof, quality check on production specification and finishing
• Attend and present design concepts sales, tender briefing, and internal presentations
• Provide design support to the marketing department on visual publication for website and social media platforms.
• Sharing of best practices, innovative and creative ideas during team meetings
• Working collaboratively with internal and external partners such as the printers, production team, suppliers, and sub-contractors
• Conducting online research on relevant design projects
• Performing other duties that are assigned

Requirements

• Min. 3 years of relevant design experience.
• Well-versed with 3D Max, Google SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe CC for graphics
