Job summary

MODELLSCAPE (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking a 2D Designer for Creative Catalyst, focusing on events, exhibitions and conferences. You will develop and conceptualise compelling 2D design proposals and support senior designers in creating captivating visuals and proposals.

You will work with the project sales team to understand requirements, attend client meetings, and oversee the end-to-end design process from concept to final artwork, ensuring timely delivery and high quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Graphic Design or related field.
• 1–2 years of event industry experience.
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat and MS Office.
• Strong storytelling and design skills.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to handle multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

2D Designer, Creative Catalyst (Events, Exhibitions, Conferences)

Responsibilities

• Develop, research and conceptualise 2D design proposals
• Assist senior designer in creating captivating visuals and proposal
• Work closely with the project sales team in understanding the project requirement and conceptualise ideals for the proposal
• Play an active role in contributing creative ideasAttend client meeting and internal briefing related to the project
• Oversee the end-to-end design process, from concept development to final artwork production, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Develop and manage project timelines to ensure all creative deliverables are completed on schedule.

Requirements

• At least a Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in the event industry
• Highly proficient in graphic/creative design programs: Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and reasonable fluency in Microsoft office programs (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Words etc.).
• Strong in creative storytelling and design mastery
• Detail-oriented, well-organised and self motivated
• Fast learner with can-do attitude
• Ability to manage tight deadline and concurrent running projects
