A community support organization in Singapore is looking for a Program Assistant. Job description

Salary: $3450

Working Days: 5 days per week (Monday to Sunday, based on schedule)

Working Hours: 8.5 hours

Duration: Till March 2026

Location: Central

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Program Head to build and maintain digital support for hawkers and heartland merchants, and maintain relationships with partners to sense, match, activate and monitor the digitalisation landscape of the local community.
  • Ensure the Digital Ambassador maintains service standards in their engagements with seniors, hawkers and merchants.
  • Assist with logistical requirements at the hubs.
  • Ensure the timely execution and completion of the monthly senior call‑back for the GRC and conduct survey interviews.
  • Support the Operations Manager in liaising with partners for setting up roving counters, learning journeys, events and pop‑up counters, and assist with client publicity materials for activities.
  • Ensure engagements are captured, keyed into the CRM system and activities compiled.
  • Generate monthly reports to update the Operations Manager on engagement numbers and Digital Ambassador performance.
  • Support the Program Head in stakeholder management for partnerships and follow‑ups, facilitating and coordinating collaborations, volunteer management and conducting training sessions.
