Job summary

Search Index Pte Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Operative for a 3-month contract in Singapore. You will perform daily warehouse tasks including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatching, while maintaining inventory accuracy and documentation.

The role requires physical work with handling up to 25kg, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a team environment. Immediate start is preferred.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in Warehouse, Logistics or Inventory Operations.
• Able to perform manual handling up to 25kg per carton.
• Familiarity with inventory control and warehouse processes is advantageous.
• Meticulous, responsible and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inspecting, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
• Conduct quality and quantity checks on incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Assist in inventory management and perform scheduled cycle count.
• Ensure accurate documentation and proper storage of inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness, housekeeping, and proper upkeep of warehouse equipment.
• Adhere to workplace safety requirements and warehouse SOPs.
• Support supervisors with ad-hoc duties and special projects as assigned.

• Mon - Fri, 8.30am-5.30pm

• Location: Kallang (Walking distance from Geylang Bahru MRT)

• Contract: 3 Months Contract (Immediate - Dec)

• $15 per hour

Job scope:

• Perform daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inspecting, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.

• Conduct quality and quantity checks on incoming and outgoing inventory.

• Assist in inventory management and perform scheduled cycle count.

• Ensure accurate documentation and proper storage of inventory.

• Maintain cleanliness, housekeeping, and proper upkeep of warehouse equipment.

• Adhere to workplace safety requirements and warehouse SOPs.

• Support supervisors with ad-hoc duties and special projects as assigned.
  

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in Warehouse, Logistics or Inventory Operations.

• Able to perform manual handling duties, including moving and handling bulky or fragile items weighing up to 25kg per carton.

• Familiarity with inventory control and warehouse processes is advantageous.

• Meticulous, responsible and able to work independently.

• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

• Positive attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Able to adapt to changing operational requirements and manage multiple tasks.

• Able to commit for 3 months.

• Able to commence work immediately or with short notice
