Job summary

E-CRUIT TEAM PTE. LTD. is seeking a finance professional to handle the full set of accounts and prepare monthly financial statements in a fast-paced Singapore environment.

You will reconcile investment transactions, process capital calls and distributions, maintain ledgers, and liaise with auditors and bankers. This 3-month contract offers exposure to fund admin and potential extension.

Qualifications

• Min Degree in Accounting or Finance
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Working Location: Central Area
• Working Hours: Mon to Fri (9am - 5:45pm)
• Contract: 3 months with potential extension/conversion

Responsibilities

• Handle the full set of accounts and prepare monthly financial statements
• Maintain and reconcile investment transactions, fund records, bank accounts and general ledgers
• Process capital calls, distributions, investment trades and cash movements
• Maintain investment schedules, portfolio records and prepare monthly management reports
• Review statutory filings and tax documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers and corporate secretaries
• Assist with bank account opening documentation and other ad-hoc finance duties
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned
