Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Bedok is seeking a Physiotherapist to join the team.

You will conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ physical, functional, and mobility status and develop individualized intervention plans based on clinical findings and client goals. You will provide evidence-based therapy to improve strength, balance, endurance, and movement efficiency, educate clients and caregivers on exercise programmes and fall prevention, and document progress and outcomes

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Physiotherapy.
• Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ physical, functional, and mobility status.
• Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy intervention plans based on clinical findings and client goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapy to improve strength, balance, endurance, and movement efficiency.
• Educate clients and caregivers on exercise programmes, fall prevention, and safe mobility techniques.
• Document assessment findings, treatment plans, progress, and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members for coordinated client care.
• Participate in client case conferences, community outreach, and health promotion activities.
• Supervise therapy assistants.
• Participate in clinical student placements.
• Participate in internal training.
• To provide service to various settings (eg. Home Rehab, CR, CH, NH) as deemed competent
