The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced physiotherapist to work in Novena, Singapore.

You will assess patients, design treatment plans, and guide posture and movement through personalized therapy sessions. Collaboration with chiropractors and wellness staff will be required. Role requires a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy, AHPC registration, and at least 3 years of physiotherapy experience.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments including medical history and functional abilities.
• Provide posture and movement guidance with therapeutic exercise instruction.
• Administer physiotherapy interventions and monitor progress.
• Educate patients and families on injury prevention and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with chiropractors and other health professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Deliver compassionate, professional patient service and maintain accurate records.

Working Hour: 5.5 days, 44 hours/week(Splilt Shifts, Tuesday off)
Salary range: $4000 - $6000

Responsibilities

Patient Consultation and Assessment

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ conditions, including medical history, movement capabilities, strength, posture and functional abilities.
• Identify patient goals and tailor evaluations to design effective treatment strategies.

Posture & Movement Guidance

• Observe and guide patients through therapeutic exercises to ensure correct technique and postural alignment
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments, goals and collaboration with referring healthcare professionals

Therapeutic Treatments

• Administer physiotherapy interventions including rehabilitation exercises, manual therapy and therapeutic modalities
• Monitor and evaluate progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal functional outcomes

Patient Management

• Educate patients on injury prevention, ergonomic practices, self-care techniques and structured home exercise programs
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, documenting assessments, treatment plans and progress
• Support patient and family education to empower long-term health and functional independence

Interdisciplinary Collaboration

• Work alongside Chiropractors, TCM Physicians and Wellness Therapists to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care for each patient

Customer Service & Communication

• Deliver compassionate care with strong communication skills, ensuring patients feel supported, informed and comfortable throughout their rehabilitation journey
• Demonstrate professionalism and empathy, consistently upholding high standards of patient-centered service.

Requirements:

• Full AHPC registration
