Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Woodlands, Singapore, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches to boost brand visibility and sales growth.

The role requires coordination with retailers, suppliers, and internal teams to execute trade marketing activities and in-store promotions. You will monitor budgets, prepare reports, coordinate POSM materials, and help develop initiatives to raise brand awareness.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of marketing experience preferred.
• FMCG, retail, consumer goods, or trade marketing experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches
• Coordinate in-store activations, roadshows, atrium events, and sampling activities
• Liaise with retailers, suppliers, designers, and internal stakeholders
• Monitor promotional spending and A&P budgets
• Prepare sales analysis, campaign reports, and market updates
• Coordinate POSM materials and promotional displays
• Assist in developing marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and sales
• Ensure projects are delivered according to timeline

• Salary :$3000 - $3200 (AWS & Performance Bonus)
• Working days: Monday - Friday ( 8am-5.30pm / 8.30am-6pm)
