Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of all campus premises at all times, encompassing the concert hall, auditorium, drama theatre, sports hall, swimming pool, changing rooms, and associated toilet facilities.
• Ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of all campus facilities, which includes the following areas: Concert Hall, Auditorium, Drama Theatre, Music Studio, Sports Hall, Swimming Pool, Swimming Pool Changing Rooms and toilets.

Contract Period: From 1 November 2026 to 31 October 2027.

Working hours based on duty roster:

• Mondays toFridays: (inclusive of lunch break)
• 7:00am to 4:00pm
• 8:00am to 5:00pm
• 9:00am to 6:00pm
• 10:00am to7:00pm
• Saturdays:
• 8:00am to12:00pm / 12:00pm to 4:00pm
• Sundays:
• 12:00pm to4:00pm

Scope of Services:

1. To maintain the cleanliness of all campus premises at all times, encompassing the concert hall, auditorium, drama theatre, sports hall, swimming pool, changing rooms, and associated toilet facilities.
2. Ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of all campus facilities, which includes the following areas:
   • - Concert Hall, Auditorium, Drama Theatre, Music Studio, Sports Hall, Swimming Pool, Swimming Pool Changing Rooms and toilets.
