WhiteCoat is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Operations Manager to lead a 24/7 dispensary operation in Singapore. You will own medication management, regulatory compliance, and commercial pricing while guiding a large team across round-the-clock shifts.

Competenze

• Registered Pharmacist with the Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC) and a valid Practising Certificate.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an SPC-recognised institution.
• 5–7 years post-registration experience, with PIC experience and managing a sizeable team.

Mansioni

• Oversee end-to-end medication stock management across all shifts and ensure audit-ready records.
• Propose and review medication pricing to balance margins and market competitiveness.
• Manage overall dispensary operations including equipment maintenance and 3PL coordination.
• Ensure compliance with Poisons Act, Medicines Act, and HSA/MOH licensing across shifts.
• Lead and develop shift leads, schedule rosters, and drive a culture of accountability and service excellence.
