Job summary

Mediatek Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an IC Design Engineer to design analog/mixed-signal circuit blocks and IPs for smartphones, IoT, automotive, and ASIC products. The role involves layout collaboration, testing and debugging of prototypes, and supporting mass production readiness.

You will work with layout and system verification teams to ensure performance, area, and power targets are met, and you may contribute to field issue debugging and design documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree in EEE with focus on IC Design.
• Experience with analog/mixed-signal circuit design is preferred.
• Knowledge of regulator/voltage references is a plus.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Design of Analog/Mixed signal IC circuit blocks / IPs based on specifications for smartphones, IoT, automotive, and ASIC products.
• Realize IC layout with floor planning and performance considerations (with layout engineers).
• Testing & Debugging of IC prototypes (with system verification engineers).
• Support of IC to mass production ready.
• Continual support / debug of field related issues or customer IC rejects.
• IC design and performance documentation.
