CPF invites a term-time internship for Conversational AI Developer Intern. You will join the Corporate Digital Applications Department (CDD) to develop and maintain digital applications supporting CPF’s customer service operations.

You’ll engage in the software development lifecycle, contribute to GenAI-focused features, and gain hands-on experience with cloud services, APIs, batch processing, and AI technologies, while collaborating with diverse teams.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing a degree in IS/CS/CE or related field.
• Interest or experience in cloud, GenAI, or AWS services; knowledge of .NET, Java, Python, LLMs or voice tech is advantageous.
• Understanding of DevOps and software development processes.
• Strong interest in technology and hands-on learning.
• Adaptability and teamwork with good communication skills.

What you will be working on

Under the Corporate Digital Applications Department (CDD), the Customer Service Systems and Technologies team plays a vital role in developing, maintaining, and operating digital applications that support CPF's customer service operations.

In this role, you will:

• Apply theoretical knowledge from your academic studies, particularly in software development and problem-solving to real-world projects. You will participate in various stages of the software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and implementation.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of digital, GenAI, or Agentic AI applications, including building new features, improving existing functionalities, and resolving technical issues.
• Gain hands‑on experience with technologies such as cloud services, APIs, batch job/web development, and GenAI/large language models.
• Collaborate closely with diverse stakeholders, including business users and IT professionals, to understand requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Has development experience or an interest in cloud solutions, GenAI, or AWS services; knowledge of .NET, Java, Python, large language models, or voice-related technologies is advantageous.
• Understands DevOps and software development processes.
• A strong interest in technology and enthusiasm for gaining hands‑on experience.
• Adaptability and a willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• A collaborative mindset with effective teamworking abilities.
• Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in Mandarin would be advantageous, as the team is exploring Mandarin capabilities for upcoming AI solutions.
• The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team, taking initiative without requiring constant supervision.

Position is on a full‑time internship basis from December 2026 to June 2027.
