Nomura is offering a 2-year Graduate Program in Asia Excluding Japan (AEJ), based in Singapore, with placements in Business Finance & Control or Financial Control & Regulatory Capital Management. The program provides structured training, regional exposure, and sponsorship for professional qualifications such as CFA, CPA, or CIMA.
You will rotate through finance functions, gain hands-on project experience, and learn to use digital tools like Power BI, Alteryx, and Python in daily work.
