Private Advertiser is seeking a seasoned PCBA Process Engineer to lead NPI and mass production activities, ensuring robust process control for advanced electronics manufacturing in Singapore. You will drive VAVE projects, define PFMEA, DOE, SPC, and 8D methodologies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support manufacturing sites in Batam and Vietnam when required.

Lead PCBA process engineering activities for New Product Introduction (NPI) and mass production.
Support the RFQ process by providing technical input and tooling requirements.
Develop manufacturing processes, production layouts, validation plans, and process documentation (PFMEA, Control Plans, Work Instructions, Process Flow).
Coordinate first article builds, qualification activities, and production readiness.
Drive Value Analysis / Value Engineering (VAVE) projects to improve productivity and reduce manufacturing costs.
Analyze product designs and manufacturing processes to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and resolve technical issues.
Prepare technical reports and business cases for improvement initiatives.
Support manufacturing sites in Batam and Vietnam when required.
Apply engineering tools such as PFMEA, SPC, DOE, and 8D to improve product quality and process capability.
Provide technical support to customers and internal stakeholders throughout project execution.
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electronics Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of PCBA Process Engineering experience within an EMS or contract manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of SMT processes, manual soldering, and PCBA manufacturing.
Hands-on experience leading VAVE, cost reduction, and process optimization projects.
Familiar with PFMEA, SPC, DOE, and 8D methodologies.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Willing to travel to regional manufacturing sites when required.
