Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in conducting ICT-related training or workshops in a school environment.

• Experience with robotics kits and programmable devices (e.g. Micro:Bit, M5GO, LEGO kits).
• Experience with AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, NotebookLM).
• Experience with school teaching and learning platforms (Teams, Class Notebook).
• Experience with video editing and multimedia creation tools (Canva, CapCut, iMovie, GarageBand).
• Experience in updating website content using content management systems (Isomer).
• Experience with makerspace activities (3D printing, Cricut crafts).
• Strong classroom management and ability to engage students.

Responsibilities

Name of Authority: Crescent Girls' School

Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2027 to 31 Dec 2028 (Firm 2-year)

All personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:00am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Requirements:

The Personnel should have the following skill sets and experience:

• Preferably 3 years or more experience in conducting computer education programmes, providing multimedia services, and conducting ICT-related training or workshops in a school environment
• Experience in conducting computer education programmes, including:
  • Microsoft Office Applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and OneNote Class Notebook
  • Coding Language, such as Python and Swift, including the use of Swift Playgrounds or equivalent online platforms
  • Computational thinking and problem-solving using programmable devices or robotics kits, such as M5GO, LEGO robotics kits, Micro:Bit or equivalent, with Python, block-based programming or equivalent platforms.
  • School teaching & learning platforms (Teams, Class Notebook, etc.)
  • AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, NotebookLM or equivalent
  • Video Editing, such as Canva, Capcut or equivalent
• Experience in multimedia creation/ video creation and editing tools, such as Pro-Create, Canva, Capcut, iMovie, GarageBand, Adobe applications
• Experience in updating and managing website content using Isomer or equivalent content management platforms
• Experience in conducting makerspace education activities, such as Cricut-based craft and design, 3D printing or equivalent activities
• Strong classroom pedagogy, classroom management and student engagement skills
• Has initiative and able to work independently and good team player

Job Scopes：

The Services required are set out as follows:

• Assist in developing, reviewing, and teaching of lower secondary computer education programmes for secondary school students in the following areas:
  • Microsoft Office skills, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint, to prepare them for Microsoft Office Certification
  • Coding language (e.g. Python, Swift), including the use of Swift Playgrounds or equivalent online platforms
  • Computational thinking and problem-solving using programmable devices or robotics kits such as Micro:Bit, M5GO, LEGO robotics kits, or equivalent, incorporating coding in Python or block-based programming
  • School Teaching and Learning platforms (e.g. Teams, OneNote Class Notebook)
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools (e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT, NotebookLM)
  • Video Editing using tools such such as Canva, Capcut or equivalent
  • Any other relevant applications
• Develop, review and teaching of makerspace education activities such as Cricut-based craft and design, 3D printing, or equivalent
• Assist in training Infocomm Club students to create videos, graphic posters and animations
• Coordinate and support students’ participation in multimedia related competitions
• Maintain the school’s photography equipment
• Provide technical support and manage the school website using relevant content management platforms, such as Isomer or equivalent
• Provide multimedia support for school programmes and events, including:
  • Developing collateral materials for school programmes, events and external collaborations
  • Providing photography and videography support
• Create multimedia resources for teaching and learning
• Any other duties as assigned
