Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document current business processes to uncover inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for agentic AI integration that enable autonomous decision-making and dynamic pathway optimization.
• Lead workshops using design thinking to co-create AI-enabled process solutions aligned to business goals.
• Define and apply frameworks for use case assessment, including feasibility, value, and risk evaluation of AI-driven initiatives.
• Re-engineer end-to-end workflows from linear models to adaptive, agent-based ones, focusing on reducing manual interventions while increasing agility and outcome consistency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders and technical teams to embed AI, automation, and digital tools into process designs.
• Measure process improvements using relevant KPIs and develop continuous improvement plans.
• Support governance and operating models that ensure scalable and sustainable AI process implementation.
