Job summary

Capital Group seeks a Program Manager for ECOEA (Enterprise Change Office Europe and Asia) to lead enterprise-wide initiatives across Europe and Asia, driving programs through full life cycles with governance and benefits realization.

You will partner with senior leaders to analyze options, align delivery with strategic goals, and manage change across diverse stakeholders, ensuring value realization and successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Four+ years of project management experience delivering programs on time and within budget.
• Strong communication skills with ability to engage executive stakeholders.
• Ability to influence others and drive change across cross-functional teams.
• Experience in asset management or investment products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs of varying complexity across Europe and Asia from initiation to benefits realization.
• Develop options and governance structures; manage change and ECO practice engagement.
• Collaborate with leaders to align projects with long-term strategic plans and business outcomes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure delivery using flexible, value-driven delivery models.

As aProgramManager in ECOEA (Enterprise Change OfficeEuropeandAsia),you will play a key role in the global delivery of enterprise-wide initiatives and will be responsible for leading programs of varying complexity.You will independently lead small-medium complexity projects through the full life cycle with guidance from senior management. Maximizes value by developing and facilitating initiative approaches, including benefits realization, governance structures, change management, and ECO practice engagement.

You will partner with leaders across Europe and Asia to lead, develop, and oversee delivery of strategic business initiatives.You will lead efforts to develop and analyze options to solve strategic business problems as it relates to our long-term strategic plan and partner with stakeholders to recommend appropriate approaches for solving business challenges and ensuring alignment.

• You have a minimum of four years of project management experience with a track record of successful execution of assigned projects to deliver business outcomes based on key drivers (i.e., time, budget, resources, scope)
• Experience working in the asset management industry and/or familiarity with a wide variety of investment products and vehicles would be strongly preferred for this role
• You are a skilled communicator and can facilitate ambiguous and challenging discussions. You’ve fine-tuned your communication style to connect with a variety of stakeholders including executive-level stakeholders
• You’ve partnered cross-functionally to solve complex problems and have the confidence and courage to influence others and add value with a focus on understanding and managing the impact of change
• You’ve had previous success with strategic and/or operational project delivery experience (business strategy, technology systems, vendor management), and have the ability to apply and lead flexible delivery models to execute the work
• When developing and executing a plan, you consider long term impacts and make a personal commitment to exploring diverse perspectives and dissenting viewpoints with a continuous improvement mindset
• You thrive on challenges and enjoy partnering with others to achieve meaningful results

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
