Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd, deployed to Orchard, Singapore, seeks personnel for hospital admissions and financial counselling. You will manage patient registration, explain charges, and assist with Medisave/Medishield payments, while handling billing and inquiries.

The role requires a 5-day week (Mon-Sat) with shift coverage including early mornings and afternoons, totaling 42 hours per week. Prior experience in customer service or hospital administration is a plus, and you may liaise with insurers

Responsibilities

• Perform patient's admission and registration via physical counter or mobile counter
• Perform financial counselling : explain hospital agreement, estimated charges, advise on Medisave/Medishield/private shield payment arrangements, collect deposits
• Perform billing and cashiering : process bill upon discharge, present bill for payment collection
• To request for Letter of Guarantee (LOG) from insurers, follow up for LOGs
• Reply to BO related queries via email or calls

Job description

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to:

Location: Orchard

Salary: $2600

Working hours : 5 day work week ; 42 hours per week (any 5 days from Monday to Saturdays)

Mon to Fri: 0630hrs to 1530hrs/1600hrs @ 1000hrs/1100hrs to 2000hrs

Sat: 0630hrs to 1500hrs
