Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD.

is seeking a Production Supervisor in Tuas to oversee bar bending operations on the shop floor, read drawings and schedules, and ensure timely completion of rebar cutting and bending according to approved drawings. You will plan and control materials, manpower and equipment, identify and resolve production, quality and safety issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma in engineering field required.
• Relevant experience in production supervision.
• Experience in steel fabrication or rebar processing is advantageous.
• Willing to work on rotating day and night shifts.
• Experience in manpower planning and supervising workers.
• Knowledge of safety management.
• WSH certification is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor progress of bar bending activities on the production shopfloor.

• Ensure timely completion of rebar cutting and bending works in accordance with approved drawings.
• Identify and resolve production, quality and safety issues promptly.
• Practice advance planning and manage critical activities involving materials, manpower and equipment.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure quality compliance and that all works are executed according to approved drawings.
• Ensure that production activities comply with safety and quality standards at all times.

Production Supervisor

• Location: Tuas Ave
• Working Days: 5. 5 days A Week (44 hrs/week)
• Working hours : Mon-Fri (8am - 5pm): Sat (8am - 12pm)
• Salary :$3,500 - $4,500 (Based on market rate, subject to individual’s qualification & experience)

We are a public-listed company that specialises in the manufacturing of steel prefabricated reinforcement for the construction industry. We are seeking suitably qualified personnel to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor progress of bar bending activities on the production shopfloor.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in production supervision, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in steel fabrication, rebar processing, or similar manufacturing operations will be an advantage.
• Willing to work on rotating day and night shifts. (Currently only day shift, night shift for future arrangement)
• Experience in manpower planning and supervising production workers.
• Knowledge of safety management
• WSH certification for supervisory or lifting supervision will be an added advantage
