The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a customer service assistant to support operations at Changi Airfreight Centre. You will assist the customer service department and address inquiries related to air and sea freight.

You will liaise with air and sea carriers and customers, and help with bookings, billing, and documentation to ensure smooth freight operations in a busy hub.

Qualifikationen

• GCE O-Level is required.
• Relevant work experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

• To liaise with air and sea carriers & customers
• To handle all sea freight documentation such as bookings & billing

Requirements:
