Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a shipping coordinator in Singapore located in Jurong West to manage export shipping coordination and documentation.

You will prepare invoices, packing lists, and certificates, and coordinate with warehouse, transporters, shipping lines, customers and overseas factories. Responsibilities include applying for COO/FTA certificates, submitting permits, issuing shipping instructions, generating invoices in D365, and tracking shipments to ensure timely

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant shipping/logistics experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of shipping documents and FTA certificate applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle export shipping coordination and documentation.
• Prepare invoices, packing lists, B/L, COO, FTA certificates, Health Certificates, COA and other shipping documents.
• Coordinate with warehouse, transporters, shipping lines/forwarders, customers and overseas factory.
• Apply for and submit COO/FTA certificates, export permits and other required documents.
• Submit shipping instructions and ensure documents are completed on time.
• Generate invoices/debit notes via D365 and verify export-related expenses.
• Track shipment status and follow up on shipping documentation.

• Salary: $2,800 - $3,100 + $90 Transport Allowance
