Job summary

RiDiK (a Subsidiary of CLPS. Nasdaq: CLPS) in Singapore is seeking a software/network associate to support automation initiatives across provisioning and monitoring.

You will develop dashboards, maintain monitoring tools, and integrate with system APIs in a dynamic 12-month contract at Changi Business Park or Marina Boulevard Financial Centre. The role requires a IT degree, knowledge of ReactJS, HTML, CSS, and basic networking; you will work in Unix and Windows environments, often with on-call

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or its equivalent.
• Familiar with web applications technologies (ReactJS, HTML, CSS etc.)
• Able to develop in both Unix and Windows environment.
• Possess basic knowledge in Networking (TCP/IP, SNMP etc)
• Self-driven and ability to work as a team and independently
• Mon to Fri (9 to 6PM), however may require to work beyond office hours if need

Responsibilities

• Provide BAU support and enhancements to the existing system.
• Provide 24x7 on call support.
• Other duties as assigned.

Work Location: Changi Business Park or Marina Boulevard Financial Centre

Assignment Duration: 12 months contract (extendable)

Responsibilities

Assist network team in achieving automation initiatives in areas such as network provisioning and monitoring.

Create monitoring dashboard to enhance the monitoring capabilities.

Manage and maintain network monitoring systems and tools.

Code, test and troubleshoot programs utilizing the appropriate hardware, database, and programming technology.

Understand and Integrate with system API

Maintain and modify programs; make approved changes by amending flow charts, develop detailed programming logic and coding changes.

Test and develop programming modifications.

Write new program code using prescribed specifications.

Provide BAU support and enhancements to the existing system

Provide 24x7 on call support

Other duties as assigned

Requirement
