We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Product Owner to join our dynamic team in Stockholm, Sweden. As a Technical Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between technical and business stakeholders, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software products.

• Define and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and technical constraints
• Collaborate closely with development teams, stakeholders, and end-users to gather and prioritize requirements
• Create and refine features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product roadmaps
• Knowledge of C++ and Java programming skills
• Drive the release/iteration planning, review, retrospective, and workshops
• Make informed decisions on product features and prioritization based on data and user feedback
• Communicate product vision, goals, and progress to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts between business needs and technical limitations
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product strategy
• Ability to work three days in the office

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within software development
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban
• Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Excellent technical understanding of software development processes and best practices
• Proven track record of successful product deliveries in a fast-paced environment
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Experience in creating and managing product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Solid understanding of user experience (UX) principles and their application in product development
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance competing priorities
• Scrum Product Owner certification is preferred
• Familiarity with the entire software development lifecycle
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being decisive when needed
• Communicate fluently in both Swedish and English
