How would you like to make your mark? Do you want to help make the food industry more sustainable, field by field?
Improvin’ exists to tackle one of the world's largest challenges: how to produce more food, more sustainably. Our solution focuses on primary production, the source of over 70% of the food industry’s emissions. We help food brands and processors to measure, report, and reduce the climate impact of their value chains.
Our mission is both vital and urgent, demanded by consumers, legislators, and progressive food companies.
As a full-stack engineer at Improvin’, you will be part of implementing a platform that helps companies in the food industry lower their climate footprints. You’ll need a strong belief in our mission and solution, along with a passion for software — from developing and maintaining front-end and back-end code to integrating systems, building APIs, and working hands-on with large software systems. We seek someone dedicated to creating value for and improving the day-to-day lives of our users.
You will have direct access to the knowledge and experience of product developers, grain industry entrepreneurs, and farmers.
We offer competitive compensation, 30 days of paid vacation, and a pension. We’ll provide all necessary tools for you to excel and support your professional growth as our fast-scaling business evolves.
Our working language is English. Our hybrid setup is flexible, but we expect weekly office presence. We accept applicants from inside and outside the EU and will support your transition.
We believe a diverse workforce is vital to our success. We are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where all employees feel valued, respected, and supported, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, age, or disability.
