Epidemic Sound in Stockholm is hiring a Channel Management Specialist (YouTube) to own growth, discovery and monetization for a portfolio of channels. You will advise content owners on what to publish, how to package it, and how to grow next, reporting results with YouTube Analytics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing YouTube channels across diverse genres and formats.
• Deep understanding of YouTube SEO, algorithm mechanics, and audience growth strategies.
• A balanced mindset combining creative intuition with strong data analytics.
• Practical video production skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
• Fluent English, sharp organizational skills, and a proactive mindset for identifying new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth strategies across a portfolio of channels, increasing watch time, subscribers, views and engagement.
• Build content and format strategies tailored to each channel's genre and audience, using Shorts and trend-driven tactics to drive discovery.
• Advise third-party and partner channel owners on strategy, monetization and policy, acting as their trusted partner rather than managing your own channels.
• Optimize metadata (titles, tags, thumbnails, descriptions) for search visibility and click-through rate.
• Analyze performance and audience data to continuously refine channel strategy, and advise on cross-platform content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) that supports channel growth.
• Stay on top of YouTube policy, monetization and Content ID developments, including made-for-kids rules, and apply them to the channels you manage.
