Job summary

AAK Malmö is seeking an experienced strategy professional based in Malmö to lead strategic projects across West Africa, spanning sourcing, trading and sustainability. You will report to the Head of Corporate Strategy with a dotted line to the Head of West Africa and travel 30–40% to the region.

The role requires a Masters, 3–7 years in strategy consulting or related fields, and a proven ability to drive complex initiatives from initiation to execution across multiple countries and functions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in strategy consulting, project management, business development, or related roles.
• Experience in international or emerging-market environments preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and deliver complex, multi-stakeholder strategic projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects in West Africa across Sourcing & Trading and Sustainability.
• Coordinate across functions and countries, track milestones and manage risks.
• Prepare executive presentations and strategy papers for leadership.
• Collaborate with Finance, CD&I, Operations, and M&A teams to evaluate partnerships.
