Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, or related methodologies; Black Belt certification is an advantage.
• Experience developing and delivering standards, training programs, and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain global Operational Excellence standards and frameworks.
• Create global OpEx capability programs and training curricula.
• Analyze operational performance to identify improvement opportunities.
