Job summary

Candela Electric Speed Boat, a global leader in electric hydrofoil vessels, seeks a Warehouse & Logistics Operator in Rotebro to support growing operations.

You will handle receiving, packing, shipping, and inventory in a fast-paced, international environment using ERP/WMS tools and maintaining accurate stock records.

This full-time role offers a probation period and opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in warehouse, logistics, shipping, or supply chain roles.
• Experience with outbound shipping and order fulfillment.
• Experience with ERP or WMS systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and teamwork; English proficiency.
• Work in an international environment; English as corporate language.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, store incoming materials and products.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments with carriers.
• Prepare shipping docs including packing lists and invoices.
• Monitor deliveries and resolve shipment issues.
• Maintain stock records in ERP and perform inventory counts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production, Purchasing, Customer Support and Logistics.
• Maintain safe, organized warehouse environment.
• Support process improvements to logistics performance.

The Candela P-12 is our latest innovation, the world’s first electric hydrofoil ferry, now operating in Stockholm and attracting orders worldwide.

Our boats "fly" thanks to computer-guided underwater wings under the hull. These wings lift the vessel above the water, reducing energy use by up to 80%, while enabling zero emissions and a superior passenger experience compared to traditional vessels. You can be part of this journey! We are now looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Operator for our Operations team to support Candela’s continued growth.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming materials and products.
• Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment.
• Coordinating domestic and international shipments with carriers and freight forwarders.
• Preparing and managing shipping documentation, including packing lists and commercial invoices.
• Monitoring deliveries and proactively resolving shipment and delivery issues.
• Performing inventory transactions and maintaining accurate stock records in our ERP system.
• Supporting inventory counts, audits, and stock accuracy initiatives.
• Collaborating closely with Sales, Production, Purchasing, Customer Support, and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse and logistics performance.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys combining hands‑on warehouse work with logistics coordination. You are a structured and solution-oriented team player with a strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to your work.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations.
• Experience with outbound shipping and order fulfillment processes.
• Experience working with ERP or Warehouse Management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Working in an international environment, where English is the corporate language.

Meritorious (nice to have):

• Experience with international shipping and export documentation.
• Knowledge of freight forwarding, customs procedures, and Incoterms.
• Experience with Odoo ERP.
• Forklift license.
• Experience from a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Form of employment: Full-time with initial 6-month probation period
