Job summary

Candela is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Operator to support the Operations team in Rotebro. You will handle receiving, storage, picking and packing, and coordinate domestic and international shipments with carriers.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in warehousing/logistics, experience with ERP/WMS, and strong attention to detail, with English as the corporate language in an international environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations.
• Experience with outbound shipping and order fulfillment processes.
• Experience working with ERP or Warehouse Management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Working in an international environment, where English is the corporate language.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming materials and products.
• Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment.
• Coordinating domestic and international shipments with carriers and freight forwarders.
• Preparing and managing shipping documentation, including packing lists and commercial invoices.
• Monitoring deliveries and proactively resolving shipment and delivery issues.
• Performing inventory transactions and maintaining accurate stock records in our ERP system.
• Supporting inventory counts, audits, and stock accuracy initiatives.
• Collaborating closely with Sales, Production, Purchasing, Customer Support, and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse and logistics performance.

Your core responsibilities will include:

Requirements:

• Form of employment: Full-time with initial 6-month probation period
