Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming goods including unloading and checking deliveries.
• Pick, pack and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy.
• Label, document, and hand over shipments to carriers.
• Handle returns per guidelines and inspect items.
• Maintain warehouse organization and inventory support.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe and well-structured.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming goods, including unloading, checking deliveries, and reporting discrepancies
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ensure correct labeling, documentation, and handover of shipments to carriers
• Handle returns by inspecting, sorting, and processing items according to guidelines
• Maintain warehouse organization, including stock allocation, replenishment, and inventory support
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-structured at all times
• Support daily operations by identifying improvements and reporting any issues or delays
• Collaborate closely with the warehouse team and follow established processes and instructions

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Candidates must currently reside in Sweden and hold a valid work permit
• Basic physical fitness (ability to lift, carry, and move goods)
• Good attention to detail
• Willingness to learn, update and follow warehouse procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Punctuality and reliability
• Basic computer/scanner handling skills

Employment Type

Full-time (40 hours/week)

Permanent position with a six-month probationary period
