Job summary

Chemtronica AB. in Sollentuna is seeking a warehouse operative to pick and pack items for orders. The role is full-time and based at our Sollentuna office, with hours 11:00 to 19:30, Monday through Friday. This fixed-term substitute contract lasts 12 months, on-site only.

You will join a logistics team of about 30 employees, ensuring accurate picking, sorting by order number, and compliant packing. ADR/IATA training is a plus, and Swedish/English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Able to work 100% on site.
• Strong collaboration and time-pressure management skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick products from storage according to the picking list.
• Sort products by order number.
• Pack orders according to regulations and requirements.
• Assist the rest of the logistics team with various tasks.
• Other tasks from Team Leaders may occur.

About the company (Chemtronica AB., Sweden-based):

Chemtronica operates in the field of chemistry and biochemistry, distributing products from the US and China to the European market. Over the past year, we have seen opportunities to enter new markets and are now investing heavily in expanding our sales of biochemical products to companies in Europe.

About the role:

In this role, you will be a part of the picking and packing team, ensuring that all products are picked and packed correctly.

The position is full‑time and based at our office in Sollentuna. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Employment type:

Fixed‑term Substitute Contract (Vikariat), 12 months.

• Pick products from our storage, in accordance with the picking list
• Sort the products based on the order number
• Pack the orders according to regulations and requirements
• Assisting the rest of the logistics team with different tasks
• Other tasks from the Team Leaders might occur as well

Our requirements are:

• You have a high school diploma (gymnasieexamen) or equivalent
• You have good collaboration skills
• You are stress‑resistant and can handle time pressure
• You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• You must be able to work 100% on site

It’s an advantage if:

• You have previous experience in warehouse work
• You have training in ADR
• You have training in IATA
