Job summary

CHIMI is seeking a Warehouse Employee to join our operations team in Sweden. In this hands-on role, you will receive, handle, and ship products with care to customers and stores worldwide.

You will work in a dynamic environment that values teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail, contributing to our growing logistics operations. The position offers a full-time schedule (40 hours/week) with a six-month probationary period.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Basic physical fitness and ability to lift, carry and move goods.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to learn and follow warehouse procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Punctuality and reliability.
• Basic computer/scanner handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming goods, including unloading, checking deliveries, and reporting discrepancies.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ensure correct labeling, documentation, and handover of shipments to carriers.
• Handle returns by inspecting, sorting, and processing items according to guidelines.
• Maintain warehouse organization, including stock allocation, replenishment, and inventory support.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-structured at all times.
• Support daily operations by identifying improvements and reporting any issues or delays.
• Collaborate closely with the warehouse team and follow established processes and instructions.
