Job summary

H&M Gothenburg Nordstan is looking for a Visual Merchandiser to create an inspiring customer experience by implementing visual standards and driving commercial excellence in-store. You’ll work with the latest fashions to elevate the shopping atmosphere.

This 12-month, part-time role (35 hours per week) is based in Gothenburg Nordstan with Swedish or English language requirements; you’ll collaborate with Store Management to analyse sales, manage stock, coach the team, and represent the brand

Qualifications

• Experience in visual merchandising within a fashion retail environment.
• Ability to analyse sales reports and act on the selling equation.

Responsibilities

• Execute visual, commercial, and styling curation in line with store guidelines and calendars to enhance the customer experience and drive sales in your store.
• Analyse sales performance, maintain stock levels, ensure garment care and identify opportunities in collaboration with Store Management.
• Use trend and competitor insights to coach and develop the store team, equipping them to deliver a great customer experience.
• Represent yourself and the brand positively during all customer interactions.
