Job summary

H&M Group in Stockholm is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to implement visual standards, drive commercial excellence, and enhance the in-store customer experience. You will analyze sales, manage stock levels, and identify opportunities in collaboration with Store Management, while coaching the team with trend insights.

The role emphasizes fashion-forward thinking, customer interaction, and collaboration across the store and wider Area Team to drive success. 12-month temporary contract in Stockholm.

Qualifications

• Strong visual merchandising and commercial experience in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of how to manage, analyse and act on sales reports and the selling equation.
• Passionate about fashion and delivering an exceptional in-store experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute visual, commercial, and styling curation in line with store guidelines to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
• Analyse sales performance, maintain stock levels, ensure garment care and identify visual opportunities with Store Management.
• Use trend and competitor insights to coach store teams for a great customer experience.
• Represent yourself and the brand positively during all customer interactions.
• Support Sales Market with store expansion projects.
