Job summary

H&M Group in Stockholm, Mall of Scandinavia, seeks a Visual Merchandiser for a 12-month temporary contract, 38.25 hours per week. Start in October or by agreement. You will implement visual standards and drive commercial excellence to create an inspiring customer experience in-store.

Fluency in Swedish or English is required, and you should be able to work during store opening hours. This role entails close collaboration with Store Management and the wider Area Team to deliver fashion-accessible

Qualifications

• Strong visual merchandising and commercial experience in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of how to manage, analyse and act on sales reports and the selling equation.
• Passionate about fashion and delivering an exceptional in-store experience.
• Creative, curious, and proactive; able to lead store teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute visual, commercial, and styling curation in line with store guidelines and calendars to enhance the customer experience and drive sales in your store.
• Analyse sales performance, maintain stock levels, ensure garment care and identify and prioritize visual and commercial opportunities in collaboration with Store Management.
• Use trend and competitor insights to coach and develop the store team, equipping them to deliver a great customer experience.
• Represent yourself and the brand positively during all customer interactions.
• Support Sales Market with store expansion projects.
