Job summary

H&M Group in Örebro is seeking a temporary Visual Merchandiser to create inspiring customer experiences by executing visual standards and driving commercial excellence, working full-time in-store.

You will analyze sales, manage stock, and coach the store team using trend insights, while representing the brand in customer interactions. The role is based in Örebro, a 9-month contract, with store hours. Language requirements are Swedish or English, and the last application date is 28/10.

Qualifications

• Strong visual merchandising and commercial experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage, analyse, and act on sales reports and the selling equation.

Responsibilities

• Execute visual, commercial, and styling curation in line with store guidelines to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
• Analyse sales performance, maintain stock levels, ensure garment care and identify and prioritize visual opportunities with Store Management.
• Use trend and competitor insights to coach and develop the store team for great customer experience.
• Represent the brand positively during all customer interactions.
• Support Sales Market with store expansion projects.
