We are looking for a Visitor Relations and Spatial Projects Manager to join Group Brand & Marketing. Visitor relations is the primary responsibility in this role. You will plan and deliver customer, partner and delegation visits that support our business and communication objectives. You will also help bring the Saab brand to life in our offices, showrooms and visitor environments.

You will take responsibility for the visitor experience, from the first enquiry through planning, hosting and follow-up. Working closely with colleagues across Saab and external suppliers, you will coordinate programmes, lead event production and keep our presentation and studio environments ready for use.

As a secondary responsibility, you will project manage the brand and visitor experience elements of selected spatial design projects for new or refurbished offices, showrooms and visitor spaces. You will work with brand and design colleagues, architects, site teams, Procurement, IT and Security to take approved concepts from brief to implementation and handover. The scope, timing and resources for these projects will be agreed with the Global Head of Brand & Marketing, with visitor commitments taking priority.

Saab develops advanced defence and security solutions to help keep people and society safe. You will join Group Brand & Marketing, working with colleagues across brand strategy, design, content, digital and events. Together, we help our audiences recognise, understand and trust Saab across markets and touchpoints.

Your role
  • Plan, coordinate and deliver professional customer, partner and delegation visits, managing incoming requests and the practical arrangements before, during and after each visit at our headquarters.
  • Work with business and communications colleagues to create visit programmes that support business and communication goals, with a clear Saab story tailored to each audience.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders and external suppliers, handle changes at short notice and maintain quality when several activities run in parallel.
  • Lead event production and support webinars, digital meetings and hybrid activities, including technical delivery and support.
  • Take responsibility for studio and presentation equipment and the administration of technical systems used in the premises, coordinating maintenance and specialist support with IT and suppliers.
  • Ensure visits comply with applicable security and confidentiality requirements.
  • Develop visitor experiences and ways of working, using stakeholder feedback and project evaluations to improve quality and efficiency.
  • As a secondary responsibility, lead Brand & Marketing's contribution to selected spatial design projects for new or refurbished offices, showrooms and visitor environments.
  • Translate business, brand and visitor needs into clear briefs for designers and suppliers, incorporating Saab's brand guidelines and accessibility requirements.
  • Manage agreed project budgets, timelines, suppliers and delivery milestones, coordinating approvals and escalating risks when needed.
  • Coordinate content, signage, displays and presentation technology so the physical environment supports a coherent Saab experience.
  • Plan handover and operational readiness with the teams who will use and maintain each space.
Your profile

You enjoy working with people and understand how good hosting, clear communication and careful preparation shape an experience. You build trust easily and work well with colleagues across functions. You see the bigger picture while keeping track of the practical details.

You are organised, resourceful and comfortable taking responsibility. When plans change, you can prioritise, make sound decisions and find a workable solution. You can lead a project through to completion and exercise discretion when working with senior and state visitors and sensitive information.

You are comfortable working in an environment undergoing change and can drive progress even when processes, roles or decision paths are still evolving. You take ownership, show initiative and are able to move work forward despite changing circumstances.

You are curious about new ways of working and motivated by continuous improvement. You actively seek feedback, challenge established routines constructively and look for opportunities to enhance both the visitor experience and the way we work. You enjoy turning ideas into practice and helping build more effective, scalable and engaging approaches over time.

  • Relevant experience in visitor relations, event production, hospitality or comparable stakeholder coordination.
  • Demonstrated project management experience, including budgets, timelines and supplier coordination.
  • Experience delivering spatial design projects for offices, showrooms, visitor centres or exhibitions is an advantage.
  • An interest in technology and the ability to work with AV equipment, presentation systems and digital or hybrid event solutions.
  • Professional proficiency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written, is essential.
  • A valid category B driving licence.

Additional languages are an advantage. Experience working with brand guidelines, design briefs or official delegations is also valuable.

The role requires flexibility, with occasional work outside normal office hours in connection with visits and events. Travel to Saab sites will be required for spatial projects.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
