Job summary

Saab AB is seeking a proactive Visit Relations Manager within our Surveillance domain to strengthen relationships with government officials, military personnel, and industry partners. You will organize high‑level visits, coordinate events, and ensure clear communication across stakeholders.

You will report on outcomes, feedback, and follow‑ups while contributing to Saab's strategic plans to boost defence and security influence globally. Fluency in Swedish and English is expected.

As a Visit Relations Manager within our Business Area Surveillance, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, military personnel, and industry partners.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Stakeholder Management:Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with key stakeholders to ensure Saab's interests are represented and understood.
• Event Planning:Organize and coordinate high‑level visits, conferences, and events, ensuring they run smoothly and achieve their objectives.
• Communication:Act as a liaison between Saab and external parties, providing clear and concise communication to ensure all parties are informed and aligned.
• Reporting:Prepare and present reports on visit outcomes, stakeholder feedback, and any follow‑up actions required.
• Strategic Planning:Contribute to the development of strategic plans to enhance Saab's reputation and influence in the defence and security sectors.

Your profile

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with experience from a similar role, ideally within the defence, security, or public sector. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. Highly organized and structured in your approach, you are comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously, both independently and as part of a team.

To succeed in this role, you are fluent in both Swedish and English, with additional language skills considered an advantage. You are driven, adaptable, and take ownership of your work, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a dynamic environment.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
